Food is always good, but they also ALWAYS get our order wrong. There have been times theyve forgotten an entire meal (happened twice and I had to go pick them up after having paid DDs fees, delivery fees, and driver tip), did not substitute fries for onion rings (which is an upcharge), or did not pay attention to burger customizations. The only reason we keep ordering is because its one of the few places my son likes.

Ordered for pickup. Got there and they couldnt find my food because it wasnt labeled with my name properly. Then I had to wait 10 minutes for the milkshake that was supposed to be with my ordered. Didnt receive the sauce in the bag and when I asked the lady told me please wait another 10 minutes and Ill assist you. Like whaaat?

I was very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The dipping sauce, salad dressing, straws, utensils, and napkins were all missing. The bacon and burger were undercooked, and I received to-go cup size drinks instead of the regular size cups that should have come with the meal.

We recently visited a cozy family-owned restaurant on our way back to Georgia. It has become a tradition for us to stop here whenever we pass by. However, the prices here are quite high.

Why did they ask for that? I already replied to her inquiry and now I received an email requesting me to repeat what happened. I just did.
