I'm a seasoned buffet veteran and I know better than to show up after the dinner rush and to avoid drinking too much water with buffet dinner but I made both those mistakes tonight. We arrived around 8:30pm on a Friday night. The sushi guy was wrapping up for the night so sushi options were limited. Saturday night appears to be when then have the best sushi selection anyway. The salt pepper chicken was new for me and was excellent. Their chicken on a stick came without the stick but was especially tasty. The coconut shrimp was the best I've had on a buffet. I took off a star because of the ice cream/frozen desserts freezer. I tried 2 different things, a popsicle and an ice cream sandwich. Both were freezer burned and dehydrated so I suspect these don't move very fast or they aren't rotating them during replenishment of inventory. I felt a few other packages and things all selt similar. No one goes to these buffets for the dessert anyway but I suspect they might be better with a simple softserve machine with cones or something.

I was craving eggrolls and Chinese food in general so I came here and got a to go buffet. I started putting all my food in the container and then realized they did not have any egg rolls, I told one of the workers and he said they’re coming right out. I waited 10 minutes and they never came out so I left. That’s one thing you should never run out of in a Chinese restaurant is eggrolls .one star Food: 3
