I said I will wait, cause as much as I am paying I would likefresh food. Guess what it was not at all. My family will not go back. Needs new management and Regional management. Ishould have know when I got up to the window and saw a 90 rating. Really. No wonder no one in Walkertown can stand yourrestaurant. Sorry!
Update! My wife used to work here, only on weekends. I have to say that if you're looking for fast food, this is definitely not the place to go. The restaurant is consistently dirty, the service is slow, and nothing is quick about it. Honestly, the franchise should focus on closing some locations instead of building more so they can have enough staff to actually provide good service. People seem to value convenience over quality, but this place really isn’t worth it.
I ordered a two piece leg and thigh, they had no legs i got the sweet tea taste like watered down plan tea the dirty rice was not seasoned and a little burnt and i asked for cole slaw and didnt get it great customer service though all know besidescustomer service that had a bad experience real bad and I was on my way to work
I visited to pick up my order at the drive-thru, as the app instructed me to come between 2 PM and 9 PM. However, after pulling around to the window, I was informed that I needed to come inside instead. Additionally, I noticed that the sanitation grade was 76, and I could see trash through the window.
When I parked on the other side of the building to eat, I found the bow rounds were at room temperature. The gravy biscuit was lukewarm at best, and the steak biscuit was not only undercooked (it was white instead of well-cooked) but also hard and cold. I attempted to call the store, which had only two cars in the lot, and no one answered after several attempts. You might wonder why I didn’t just go inside: 1) I’m disabled, 2) my left foot is broken, making walking extremely difficult, and 3) I was on my way to church with my mother. This happened at the Bojangles in Walkertown, NC.
