Feedback gevenOn the front honesty there were 2 people who operated the entire facility. It took too long to get my food. When I wanted to talk to managers, I was told that they are not available today. I understand if you're busy and make a mistake, but I want to think my order is correct. Nope, ordered a advertised deal and still had problems. Just reason I give 3 stars is bc I called the following day to make the management of situations aware and was told whether I came into me could get a full refund. I was asked if I wanted to eat something, but after a short discussion with me I decided it wasn't really worth it. Hardees Needs To Improve His Game
It was cold and old. Had a very hard time, simple commands. We never go back there. The worst fast food place in town. Must be updated and updated.
Whoever you are on the microphone in the drive, you need to learn professional customer sales labels. Definitely the most rude inappropriate dismissed staff, I get it?s just fast food work and you probably hate your life. This is not my problem, and you should not be so unprofessional because you have this job at all.
Used drive thru. Waited 3 minutes and no one spoke. I asked if anyone was there and received a sharp response I will be with you shortly. Asked for my order about 3 minutes later. I pulled ahead to wait for food and there were 2 card ahead. I could not see the cars from where I ordered. It would have been smarter to recognize the next person in line and reply I will be with you shortly.
One of the best burgers in town for the price. Friendly and fast service unlike other burger joints. You can actually see the real chairbroiled beef patty and not just bread. It changed my outlook about Hardee's.
