Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

The last several times we visited this location they?ve gotten the order wrong each time, and also leave out sauces. Place has really gone down hill from our personal experiences. We won?t be going back anymore.

9:02 p.m. on a Sunday night in the dining room is closed go figure!! Just lost our business...Door says you close at 10pm??? Fix the time on the door!!

Manager was very rude and music was too loud! will not come back!

Be sure to visit if you want to enjoy rude/slow customer service and unsanitary environments. Oh, and management doesn't care, either.

The food is usually good, but the drive-thru service IS NOT.Ordered a grilled chicken salad without tomatoes or onions. Get home with a fried chicken salad with both.Called and took it back. After rude service and attitude from the 15 y/o and being forced to show both the receipt and the screwed up order to the manager... was given a grilled chicken salad with tomatoes and onions for a 2nd time. Are you kidding me right now 3rd attempt was basically thrown out the window. No apology, no sorry for the inconvenience and NO ing manners.If you treat your passing customers like they don't matter, they will make sure you don't.We were spending around $75 per week there. The new amount will be $0.I hope it was worth it.
