My plus one and I both ordered the Croque Madame to find it difficult to make a decision about something with their impressive line of options. It was creepy, mouthwater and absolutely dying. Our server, who randomly had his arm in a sling, said it was a bit on the saucy side? and would need two hands to enjoy, and I really didn't understand what he meant until I saw it for me. Consider this sandwich the perfect net between breakfast and lunch, with the perfect roast over simple egg above? I'm still meeting because I didn't order the pastrami sandwich, but the next time.
Loved the surroundings of this place!! The staff was incredibly helpful with questions on the menu and all staff at the restaurant, bookshop and café always had a warm smile. My son loved to interact with everyone, especially when he played with his trucks on the ground. The food was delicious, unique and filling. I would recommend it to everyone, as it will please all family members, young and old. I can't wait to come back with my son on holiday. ?
I have been driving through Wallace for 27 years, Idaho, where the development of the city takes its time, unlike somewhere else in the country. Truly, it captures everything I miss about home culture. There were small bars and antique shops that I hated to see, but something inevitably reappears. Wallace somehow managed to find himself with a beautiful, higher endcafé on a corner with many windows and light. Simple but comfortable. Or on the other side of the wall, connected to the store, take a latte, sandwich and cheesecake to go. The sandwiches are excellent and displayed by a short menu on a chalkboard above the register. To add another dimension, take your coffee to another contiguous area that is a bookstore. I love this whole concept. Reminds me of the Posh areas of Georgetown in Washington DC without the pretentious feeling or high price tags. Have fun.
The food was just. You can see the kitchen and the chefs are very welcoming for you to observe how they create. The atmosphere was inviting, no matter what your clothes were.
Incredible pasta here. Incredible chef. Great service. Love their smile! Love the town, love the food. If you are driving from Glacier National Park or Yellowstone National Park to Seattle, this is a great stop for you to get a decent meal!
