The prices seemed high. Service very slow, even if they were not busy. Every time I saw that the server did nothing except chat with other staff. Forever to check and pay forever. Better places in Wallace. probably many of them..
This used to be an amazing spot for dining and drinks. We returned because of our previous wonderful experience, but unfortunately, the food fell short this time, particularly the chicken. The only highlight was the coleslaw, which was enjoyable. My mother also ordered a glass of wine, but it seemed watered down and lacked flavor, which is certainly not characteristic of chardonnay.
The pulled pork here is excellent, and the sauces and sides are delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who enjoys barbecue. Just a heads up, it's not air-conditioned and the decor has a charming 1940s vibe.
Excellent service! I would give them five stars for that. However, most of the food seems to be frozen and not made from scratch. The Mac and Cheese tasted more like plain noodles and was very bland. The desserts didn’t feel worth the $5.95 price tag, especially considering they could easily be purchased with store-bought whipped cream. The Lachsburg was quite small, the baked beans were unremarkable, and the buns weren’t homemade. On the bright side, the spicy BBQ sauce was delicious! The decor was a bit outdated, but you could definitely see its potential!
Can't wait for the new building
