Taco Bell - WALLACE

We hit up the drive through after church. The person who spoke at the menu sounded high, and I dont mean on high on life. They changed the price at the window, then came back and asked if we paid. Then came back again, because they charged us wrong thefirst time. They parked us, and came out about 5 minutes later with 2 burritos. We didn't order those burritos. I checked thereceipt, and noticed that I was charged 30 cents more than the price on the menu board, but I didn't say anything. I went insideand got my correct order about another 5 minutes later. The burritos I did order were poorly made, and mostly flour tortilla andair wrapped loosely. I am very disappointed.

I?m writing this as I leave the parking lot at 7:18 pm. I order nachos and a small Baja blast. They told me they don?t have any freezes except mango and strawberry or whatever but not Baja blast. I wanted a regular Baja blast soda. I settled for a Pepsiand was given a large but wasn?t given a receipt to see if I was charged for a large. At this point I?m so confused, I don?tknow if the girl truly didn?t understand I wanted a Baja blast soda or if they really were out of it and she gave me a largePepsi for the trouble. Without a receipt I guess I?ll never know.

The crew working on this visit were great, making the order correctly and very tasty. Usually my order is made wrong every time I visit a taco bell, but not here

Made a mobile order and arrived 15 minutes after the time they were supposed to open, only to be told it would be 10 more minutes until they opened. Then I was given a terrible attitude when asking if they were supposed to open at 8. Get employeesthat can open your store on time and have a better attitude!

This particular Taco Bell location has always had a problem with terrible employees. They have stolen my card info 3 times over the course of a decade and today they dropped the straw that broke the camels back. At the end of a long day 10:05pm I ordereddinner to take home. 3 cheesy roll ups and a #2 Supreme taco combo. The cheese roll ups had less than a table spoon of cheese inthem and weren 't even melted and the Supremes weren 't Supreme. Infact they were so gimpy I mistook them for for the cheese rollsups they didn 'teven have tomatoes, sour creme or cheese just a pinch of lettuce and a smear of ground beef grease. It 's onething to be a theif but it 's an entirely different story to deprive me of a meal I paid for. Good ridance
