Feedback gevenI used to have nothing but positive things to say about this restaurant; it was always warm and welcoming with a fun team. However, the new staff has been a major disappointment. The blonde girl by the window is particularly rude and has a bad attitude, even when I'm being friendly and upbeat. The afternoon staff they’ve hired should really be replaced. We're seriously considering whether we want to keep being customers. Our tea and coffee often have such strong scents of perfumes, lotions, and colognes that they become undrinkable. We sometimes have to pour them out or change containers, and even that doesn’t always help, depending on the scent. I thought there was a no-scent policy in place. The afternoon staff is remarkably slow and unfriendly, making the experience quite frustrating.
I visit this restaurant every morning, and it's pretty good overall. They just need to calibrate their machines more frequently. However, they do run out of items on a weekly basis.
I visited this location and purchased four of the Special Olympics donuts, but unfortunately, all four were made incorrectly. I'm really disappointed, especially since this is for a great cause. Tim Hortons, you need to do better.
I feel fortunate to have grown up in Canada, a truly amazing country. Part of that experience includes Tim Hortons—my childhood can be closely tied to this beloved coffee shop. Unfortunately, the local Timmy's has stopped serving my favorite double chocolate donut (which I consider a divine creation). Additionally, there was a time when I ordered a French vanilla latte and received an iced latte instead. Other than that, I have no complaints. It's still a great place!
I really enjoy ice capps, especially the new pumpkin spice flavor. It's fantastic! However, if the staff were friendlier and less grumpy, I would definitely rate it 5 stars.
