Horrible experience with staff. My wife made an order over the phone. The lady was extremely rude with my wife. Then I called twice (because they hung up on me) and spoke with the lady asking her why she was rude with my wife and she started to talk rude again! We’ve been loyal customers for years and we won’t go again. To the owner, if you check the one star reviews, almost all says the same thing. I just don’t understand why you keep the same lady! Do something and improve your customer service! Remember! Customer service is key for a business success!

Very very rude staff, one of the ladies that takes the orders for take out is horrible at answering the phone and taking the order , making you feel bad and treating you like if you were stupid for asking questions about the food, very short tempered as well. My husband called back to cancel the order and complain and they made him wait putting him on hold and hung up on him TWICE. It is a big shame, we had been customers for YEARS. We are never eating there again. Note to the owner Omar… please read the reviews about that lady and DO something! It is clear that this is not the first nor the second time she does this and she will keep doing it.

Excellent middle eastern food. Similar offerings as other Metro Detroit middle eastern places but executed better. Would definitely order from Moonlight again!!!
