Chili's Grill - Wallingford

The service was shameful. there were 4 more tables waiting and they asked us to wait, so we are waiting for the bar. they never called us. when I asked what took so long, they were suddenly ready to sit, but not sitting in front of the two other couples that just came in. Do you understand where I was going? all who came after us got their food before us. We decided to get sushi instead. I couldn't manage unapoologetic racism.

I used to go to chilis, but one night I decided after work on a Monday evening it made my normal Monday night because of jason the barkeeper! he makes amazing drinks, our eating is always on place, fast delicious! he makes them welcome and gives the best service!

The reviews are terrible! I wanted to try, but boston post road is just as bad that I don't have to drive a distance for **** to reach the corner

One of my favs. resturant was clean and the staff was friendly. chilis eat always meets the place.

Every time we ordered online something is always missing or messed up. Today 6/19/2022 I called the restaurant and placed an order, went to pick it up and went into the main entrance and the greeter was rude and said I needed to go to the other side that says to-go I said ok thanks and went to the other side. Customer service on that side was worse. One gentleman came up to me and asked for the name and how I was paying as I was paying with my card that gentleman walked away without saying a word so I stood there for 10 minutes and no one came to see if everything is ok or say thank you or anything then I came home and half of the food is missing the rice was tossed in the box like trash. Very unprofessional I don’t think I want to order from them again.
