Dunkin' - Wallingford

They don’t do anything as instructed. Not even extra toasting the bagel.

Frequently forget parts of my order or my order is made incorrectly. Close their ovens early, at 5pm. Staff isn't very friendly except maybe two or three staff members.

I really wish the staff would not wear cologne. How many people trash their coffees after putting it up to their mouth and smell/taste the cologne. Ugh!!!

This place is a hit or miss. Never consistent. I have had raw and burnt hash browns, strong and weak coffee, and friendly and awful service. I try to order from the app since it usually comes out correctly ordering it that way.
