Brioche Dorée - Wallkill

I ordered a simple dish with egg and cheese, but after waiting for a long time and seeing 20 other customers being served, I inquired about my order and found out it had been forgotten. The service was disappointing. The cashier didn't communicate effectively with anyone or keep me updated about my order.

The croissants with egg and cheese were simple yet perfectly made. The hot chocolate was excellent, and the staff were very friendly.

I ordered a simple breakfast staple—a plain bagel with cream cheese—but what I received was a disappointment. The bagel was undercooked and poorly toasted, topped with an excessively gooey cream cheese that coated every surface. It was completely inedible. The staff also lacks basic customer service skills, which made the experience even worse. I would recommend staying away from this place. Panera, please consider providing some training for this team!
