Yum Cha House - Wallsend

The Yum Cha House consistently offers delicious food at affordable prices. It seems like Michael may have gone to the wrong location. Please note that the Yum Cha House will be closed for renovations from September until mid-October.

Delicious food! The restaurant was very busy. I ordered takeout and decided to sit and eat there once I received my food. The food was very tasty.

We always enjoy dim sum at the House of Peking. Kevin Leung is a fantastic chef.

Great food great service, as good as I have ever had in Sydney's Chinatown.

Recently opened and not widely understood in Newcastle, this lovely little Wallsend venue should be enjoyed for its tasty food and friendly staff. We visited with friends for a Saturday lunch, having never been there and were pleasantly surprised. The food was as good as we have had in Sydney and the staff (who own and run the restaurant) are very friendly and helpful. Service was prompt and Simon the owner and one of the chefs was happy to chat and ensure our visit was enjoyable. Highly recommended.
