This place used to be wonderful but has gone terribly downhill in recent years. Just today I went through the drive through and witnessed a young man with multicolored hair and a unibrow yelling at other staff, who just appeared to be working. When I got home and opened my box, there was hair in it that was NOT mine. Everything had been thrown in carelessly and spilled over each other and it was a whole mess. Very unfortunate to see this.

Stopped by to get a quick meal after getting gas next door. Ordered a #12 (leg and thigh with 2 sides and a biscuit). Told them I wanted both sides as mashed potatoes and gravy. Without asking just upgraded me to a large mashed potatoes and gravy and charged me $2.79 more, and didnt realize it till I got home. I used to stop by here at least once a week for breakfast but stopped because of constant new people running the drive thru and ridiculously long waits when there's only 1-2 cars in the line. This will be my last meal from there, 3 strikes and you are out. Sorry Bojangles but the Walnut Cove location isn't getting any better and you have a new McDonalds opening up next door....sigh.

My husband just left this establishment it’s 5pm was told there was no chicken ready and would be 25 minutes. He told the worker they should have chicken ready at 5 pm he was then told for him Not to tell him how to run his kitchen! Needless to say this is not acceptable utterly ridiculous. Not sure we will ever go back!!

How are you going to be out of Cajun pintos at 6:30pm and not be making more?! Went down for a chicken and rice bowl just to be disappointed to hear they were out of Cajun pintos for the night! Having worked there, I know this isn't right.
