Chipotle Mexican Grill - Walnut Creek

Nobody working there cared and they were out of nearly everything. When I asked for guacamole the kid behind the counter looked annoyed and made sure to bring out the most oxidative looking guacamole. When I told him I didn’t want the guacamole anymore, both the guy and the kid standing next to him smirked and said, “good job.” This is horrible service and the quality of the food looks so poor that OSHA should come out and inspect them! They didn’t even bother changing out the utensils for a clean one too! Are the employees even servsafe certified?!

After paying for my food, which I ordered to go, I asked staff if I can have a lid because I needed to go to the restroom and I didn't want to have my food exposed to bathroom particulate/atmosphere, instead of giving it to me they made the request awkward as if I asked for something weird/strange, I said well if you're so reluctant to give that to me I told them the reason why I needed it and then I asked if they could simply watch my food since I didn't want to bring it into the bathroom unlided. And having to tell my personal business in public to them made me feel ashamed, unsafe and anxious.

The african american lady who takes your order has got to be the rudest person I have ever met. No smiles no greeting just incredibly rude and on top of that when I asked for rice I got less than half a scoop and proceeded to give me looks each time I asked for more. Incredibly unprofessional and should NOT be working here.

I have to say: chipotle is great. The workers there, though, are not. Specifically the dirty blonde girl that I have seen working there on Saturdays. She is the one that takes and makes your order. Multiple times I have come here with an easy, already planned out order, being nice, and she scoffs, talks in a rude tone, and also overcharged me for my order (a kids meal for my daughter with nothing special, she tried to charge me $10 for it when it should be $5.95. But, I didn't argue with her, i just let it go because she had already been very rude to me and I assumed she was just having a bad day. I was wrong; multiple times after that she was the same way. I don't even want to go here anymore because of how rude she is!

Food and experience was amazing. These people deserve a raise.
