Feedback gevenI had a bad experience at this Subway location. The service was terrible - the worker only put 3 tiny pieces of onion on my sandwich and refused to add more when I requested it, saying it wasn't a veggie sandwich. I won't be returning to this location. Additionally, they seem to close earlier than their posted hours.
The service at this restaurant was very poor. The worker was disrespectful and did not speak proper or fluent English, only broken English. It's understandable that everyone starts somewhere, but when paired with a bad attitude, it just ruins the experience. On top of that, my order was incorrect and when I questioned it, he threw away my sandwich and told me to leave. I was very disappointed with the service.
Always a good place to get a great sandwich, the staff person was Gaby and was very friendly and efficient.
I would not recommend ordering online from this restaurant. I placed an order online at 3:30pm, but when I arrived at 4pm to pick it up, the restaurant was closed even though they are usually open until 9pm. They did not call me to inform me of the early closure, even though my phone number was on the order. When I returned the next day to ask for the order, they refused to give it to me. On another occasion when I tried to order online, I ordered two foot-long sandwiches but received one foot-long and one six-inch sandwich instead. It seems that they are not very professional when it comes to fulfilling online orders.
Horrible service! I walked in to get me a chicken wrap. Theres a Latina woman with a nasty attitude. I asked her to heat up the tortilla. She gave me a rude response that she can't do i that's the way the wrap comes with a cold tortilla. Then while I waseating my food she started sweeping the floors near me making all the dust to get in the air very unsanitary. I will be writinga letter to corporation regards this issue and get her fired.
