Yalla Mediterranean - Walnut Creek

We absolutely adore this restaurant! The staff is exceptional and the food is delicious. The portions are generous and we left feeling completely satisfied. We can't believe we hadn't discovered this hidden gem sooner.

Yalla used to be one of my favourites to eat some months ago. I ordered a grilled chicken dish tonight, and I must say it was very disappointing. the quality of food has drastically deteriorated in the last few months. the food was cold, the food content was small and it did not taste very good and the quality was not good either. the only reason I give a 3 star instead of 1 is because of the delicious food I have eaten here. I don't think I'm here in the near future.

I had been trying to call this restaurant to make a reservation, but they never answered. I eventually showed up and was greeted by a man who led me to my table by the water. They did not ask for my vaccination card upon entry. I inquired about their menu but they did not have what I wanted, so I decided to think it over. As I was leaving, they asked for my vaccination card which I then realized I had left in the car. The staff began to give me a hard time about it, even though they had failed to check for it earlier. I offered to retrieve it from the car but did not feel comfortable supporting a restaurant that appeared to discriminate against customers and shift blame for their own mistakes.

My daughter wanted to get some food from this restaurant for a takeout order, but they asked to see her ID. She's only 12 years old. I went in and requested to see her vaccination card, but the workers refused to show me. I urge others to boycott this establishment and their mediocre food. There are better options in this shopping center, and I will never eat at this place or any of their other locations. People should remember how poorly this business treats customers and spend their money elsewhere.

My favorite meditteranian eat, happens to be a fast food. The food is good and tasty.
