When for lunch, though, I was going to waste my lunchtime here, but the service was excellent and fast.
I recently went to this chipotle and it was one of the worst experiences ever. Michelle had the worst attitude and wasn’t attentive at all. I asked for extra cheese and she said “are you sure?” SO UNPROFESSIONAL. Also they NEVER have fajitas, one of the only chipotles that NEVER has it. Would not recommend, would put zero stars if possible!
I ordered a chicken bowl. when I opened my bowl I was surprised to see that the lady just sprinkled the chicken, Literally it had nooo
I have to say we were so hungry after a long day at work and when we walked in the employees rolled their eyes because it was 9:15pm. I almost apologized. The counter where the food was prepared was beyond filthy. The girl with the injured hand looked resentful making our order. Later when I let her know my order turned out good there was zero response. The ice was empty and the same person scowled at me when I asked for it to be refilled. Every table was dirty (including the floor under) so I dare not ask for it to be cleaned so I wiped it myself. I found a hair in my rice so I couldn’t even finish my food- it was a disaster. My husband and I just lamented that Chipotle is too big to care about the service and the quality. We do not blame the employees- the stakeholders at fault are the leadership ? percent. As a result low morale overall due to apparent understaffing and bad management! Chipotle you can do better!
