Feedback geven45 minutes after ordering my food from this place only waited to find out that they are closed, although it means they are open until 10 a.m. on Saturdays. It's 8:00. I'll never be back.
On my way home from work Went through drive through and litterley was waiting to get to the ordering panel 15 minutes then another 15 minutes to get to the window to pay for my order. When I ordered the family feast for $23. 95 she asked how many pieces dang don?t they know how many pieces are on the family feast meal for 23 . 95 they have plastered on their menu board . Worst experience ever. Don?t know how the food is , I hope that doesn?t fall short as well. They must need help big time . Not cool never again
Always good chicken was what I used to say , about this location . I have had problems here in the past and things were looking up . Were looking up . Tonight I went for dinner about 7:00 PM. In the past I e had discussions with mgt. about difference between fresh food and food prepared earlier in the day . And putting a little effort into preparing a order and quality control before sending it out . I ordered a 3 piece combo breasts only) yes I know they charge extra but I want chicken not bones), with steamed veggies, mac and cheese with flower tortillas. Also 1 order of the new chicken nachos. To go . Home is literally 2 minutes away. What I got was 3 small hard rubbery breasts with overcooked microwaved veggies, the tortillas were wet and sticky like they came out of the bottom of the warming bin and had water spilled in the bin to keep them soft . The nachos were a mess of smaller broken chips like the bottom of the bag . I eat at the village at least twice a week . In Out , Panda , Pieology , Rubios, Chick fila, Cappriotti's , You guys and once in a while McDonald's . I like chicken and its healthier for me than the other places . But I can't keep eating poorly made food or I half to go elsewhere.
We ordered 16 pieces of chickens, but they didn't give the full 16. In addition, each of the tortillas/tipps had to be asked for the tortillas, and they did not even give the full amount we requested. We were in different places and gave ourselves more. I don't think we'll return to this place.
The experience was disappointing, and the staff was rude. We ordered salads, but they didn’t inform us that they were out of dressings. When our salads arrived, I asked for dressing and was told they had none. I questioned why they didn’t let us know when we ordered, instead of waiting until we received the salads. To make matters worse, the chicken in the salad was burned. We won’t be returning to this restaurant.
