Went thru the drive thru to pick up sub ordered online. They left it sitting, and me waiting, for over 15 minutes because they couldn't communicate to each other that it was done. I ended up beeping my horn to get their attention after 15 minutes. No apology, my sub would have been cold so I asked for a refund. NEVER got an apology or a refund even though I did an online complaint. Disappointing as I got good service previously when I went in. The Subway is in a service station but it is always clean and well stocked. Bread always fresh soft. It makes an awesome sandwich for dinner when you are hungry and running late.
