Starbucks - Walsall

I came in today with a friend for a quick drink and I wasn’t sure on what to get as I didn’t want to go for my basic drink the caramel frappe. But, I was greeted by the woman at the till whose name I think was Clair and she provided great customer service and helped me choose out a drink asking me what my preferences where. She was so sweet :

Great Starbucks, plenty of staff Amazing vegan selection and really fast service. The store is immaculate and the toilet is well used but spotless. Lovely relaxed atmosphere.

Came here for coffee after dong escape rooms with my grandsons. great place, lovely coffee and nice staff

Visited an hour before they closed, the staff member was friendly Paris) even though my order was awkward. For this reason I had the exact coffee I requested and was very happy, thank you!

The shop looked very shabby and dirty the tables and the chairs could all do with a good clean. Looked like it hadn’t been done properly in a while.
