Ruby Tuesday - Walterboro

Salad bar and 2 cheeseburgers. Hot tea. I ordered tater tots but didn't get them. I did tell the lady that delivered my burger but still didn't get them. Waitresses were nice though. My cheese burger was delicious. And my hot tea too. Salad bar was gigantic. Yummy stuff.

Food is good, had salads. Service was good. In and out within 35 minutes. Men's bathroom nasty. Woman's bathroom okay.

When to this Ruby Tuesday's for a early dinner when I was in the area. There was only one other party in the restaurant when we got there. Me and my guest ordered the salad bar and two waters simple order. The salad bar was very fully stocked and restaurant in good condition. Our waitress Randy G seem like she was having a hard time clearing off our used salad plates. She also seemed to disappear can't say she was helping other customers since there was only one other party there and she wasn't assisting them After the salad plates were building up so much another waitress actually seem to notice the stack and was nice enough to clear off them off and asked us if we needed any more water. After our waitress finally appearing again she said she was going on a double shift and had to clear out our check since she was going on another shift she now and asked us to pay for our bill before we were even close in being done. Overall service with our waitress was one star but restaurant was four stars. They also had plenty of other waitresses there at the bar area just the customers weren't there. It could have been since we arrived there around 3:30 p.m.

Bad attitude from the start. No eye contact while ordering. SLOW service, unprofessional staff. Took way too long for our food. Food was good. Bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. No toilet paper and the smell was horrible. Don't recommend.

-5 starts if I could ! We stopped in after driving all day for our late lunch early dinner first meal of the day . We got potatoe skins and I told my husbands the sour cream definitely has a sour milk taste. We continued to order food . We got very basic entrées . We eat pay and leave . We get about 2 hours away everyone gets extremely sick . I'm talking the worst I could ever think of . Definitely will be calling the health department tomorrow morning .
