Alfonso's Mexican - Walterhill

I had a light lunch with family!!!Enjoyed a chicken quesadilla with some rice. Just right for me. Might have been a bit salty for some, but hit the spot for my high sodium diet needs. We all enjoyed our meal. Check them out y’all.

Alfonso's Mexican restaurant in Shelbyville has its ups and downs and this time October 5th 2022 the experience for my wife and I were wonderful. We ordered the chimichanga lunch special and dos Equis. The meal was hot and fresh and plenty of it big enough that we split the meal. We ordered extra Verde salsa to go with the chips which were fresh and hot. The service was a really fantastic as the people running the restaurant checked on us regularly. Will be back pretty soon.

Wife and her sister said the food and service was amazing.

We go after church and meet up with other church friends. Always good cheerful and friendly servers. They anticipate what we want.

As usual the food was wonderful. I was pleased with my visit.
