The mngr on duty that night was very pleasant, cordial and customer satisfaction oriented. He made sure each customer had exactly what they ordered. Clean,well lit. Food hot and fresh.

Terrible service lack of communication between coworkers poorly ran place.

I didn't receive my complete order several items were left off my order they put me on hold a long time and the phone line in now busy.

I made an online order today and I have never been so disappointed With Captain D's. My fish sandwiches looked like they were just throng together and each one should only had one half bun. I make online orders there often I'm not sure if I make any more orders there on hack's cross.

Give the store manager Mr.Kenney a raise. His attitude and helpfulness the best thing about this location…Put some people in the kitchen who can read grill tickets and get somebody from behind the counter leaning avoiding work to take care the bathrooms better.
