Really great customer service. Very friendly staff. Fresh and tasty food. Remembered condiments, too.

The food was burnt and very greasy! We didn't eat all of it and it was $40 for 2 of us

Great place just not friendly employees.... food is awesome but the customer service makes the whole experience different… not in a good way either…

Everything but the chicken strips were old!!! The hush puppies were hard, the fries were greasy and hard, the fish was cold, and the slaw was SOURED!!!

Food was extremely overpriced. 27.17 for 2 meals. When I mentioned the high price the counter person said that's the way it is. Had the same meal today was only 9.63 in Johnson City, Tn. Plus the Bristol counter person did not give us a receipt.
