Starbucks - Walterhill

Fully staffed, not too busy. Service speed of a much busier location. Maybe the online orders take priority, so use the app. Food and drink excellent as always.

This is a good location but it is so small inside. I placed a mobile order and waited nearly 15 minutes for my coffee. My hot food item was ready immediately but had to stick around for the beverage.

Must be training some new people because their customer service was atrocious! They need to train their new people at this location that the customer is always right and it's called “customer service” for a reason. Told the barista at the drive thru that I wanted to use points for my free drink and unbeknownst to me, I was supposed to also tell the barista at the window too. 1st mistake. Love this location and the staff here is nice. They recently changed online order pickup to a counter towards the back of the shop.

The service is good, but when I went inside to sit and eat, there were having some fly issues. Other then the flies in the store, the drinks and food are really good, them flies though. Yall gotta fix that!!
