Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Walterhill

Sadly, this place is no longer worth the money. As the prices have gone up, their quality has gone down. My husband and I have been coming here since they first opened. The smoothies and food used to be really good. However, the past few months when we have gotten smoothies they were so poorly made that we had to put them in our blender at home so that we could drink them because of the chunks of ice and fruit. Two of our four sandwiches had no meat in them and no sauce on them at all. They'd also missed a kale apple salad. We caught that before we left, but we didn't think we'd need to open and check every sandwich. There was great sadness when we got home.

First time here and very disappointed. There was too much ice and not enough ingredients in my smoothie. Don't plan on visiting again.

We were here about 2:30 yesterday! We ordered from drive thru,the QR Scanner was out of order,our order packaging had food all on it. We didn't get any napkins in oir order. The sweet potatoes were too tough. From past experience I think this location has potential based on previous visits!

Flavor of the smoothies was ok at best and definitely not worth the money.
