Chipotle Mexican Grill - Waltham

My friend and I each ordered a bowl and found the portion sizes to be just right. The food was delicious and the staff was friendly, organized, and impressively quick with great teamwork. I usually don't write reviews, but I really enjoyed my experience at this place.

I always have a great experience at Chipotle. The staff is friendly and the food is always delicious.

The customer services at this store is very terrible. They open the store already and all employees are eating at the opening hours.When I came in today and saw all of the employees are eating and did not say hi and even stand up to serve it. Very terrible and never come back.I bet they have terrible manager as well.

Usually decent, but sometimes I feel that people here are trying to help me loose weight by making my burrito half of the size I usually get: . I told a guy at the cashier and he’s like ‘really depends on who makes it’ and went back in kitchen and ignored me lol.This store needs to get the employees better trainings to have some better quality control. Disappointed.
