Feedback gevenI received my pizza incorrectly and tried calling the restaurant for 20 minutes with no answer. I decided to drive there while on the phone, and when I arrived, I informed them of the mistake and the long wait on the phone. The employee said he was the only one able to answer phone calls and was busy with other tasks, despite there being other employees not doing much. I eventually received my corrected pizza and a store credit, as they required me to contact corporate for a refund. This experience reminded me why I don't typically order from this establishment. I will be trying Waltham Pizza next time.
My order was messed up twice in a row. It's unbelievable how that could happen. Two different people took my order and I was charged both times for everything I ordered. I only received half of my order. It's hard to believe how much they can mess up. -Peter, the driver
Worse service ever the wait is the worse, and don?t get me starting in the delivery driver Ronald who always brings the pizza cold. I just place a order today 9/22 and he didn?t even bother to call/ text me or ring the bell just left my pizza in thefloor, if it wasn?t because I got a delivery from Amazon I wouldn?t have know the pizza was there so if you are reading this andplaced an order there please make sure it is not from Ronald
These guys gave me these pizzas making fun of me but I didn't know why they were making fun of it and when I got home I realized that they gave me this I hope they pay for this carma is fair
My food took 3 hours to get to my house. It sat in the preparation stage for over 2 hours. I tried calling to pick it up, but they didn't answer the phone. However, the driver was great and delivered it quickly once it was finally ready. I won't be ordering from here again.
