Dunkin' - Waltham

My online order was missing items and both dishes were overcooked. The staff appeared disorganized.

The restaurant received 4 stars today. They are usually on point, but the person who took our order was missing today. Despite taking a bit longer than expected, they still got it right.

I was disappointed to see that Fox News was playing in the restaurant and that no one was wearing masks. I questioned whether the manager allows employees to wear masks. Overall, I will not be returning to this establishment.

MOST tables were very DIRTY!!!?At this Dunkin FOOD ? and SERVICE has ALWAYS been ok.The DINNING is usually NOT as CLEAN as it SHOULD,but NOT too BAD either

They made a mistake on my online order and spent a long time to fix. When everything was ready, I found I got a water down latte. I think I won’t go to that place anymore.
