Fish Chicken - Waltham Forest

Excellent! Cod and chips was spot on and the owner even gave me a piece of chicken to try on the house which was also very good. Staff really friendly with smiles on their faces and I'm really looking forward to going back soon. Keep up the great work!

My friend Goes here fish and chicken chingford mount road, Guys talk to him, I even spoke to him, doesn't understand, I got 1 chicken and chips, stupid, poor service, Illegal, he ask for £5, for the chips £2.50 i gave him £5, he gave me £2.50 back, I told him to give me fresh chicken big piece, he took half an hour to give the chicken, and paid £2.00, and gave back £0.10 change.. No NHS Discount.. That's Illegal.. The UK laws changing in 2022 New year bringing revised rules on everything from divorce and electric vehicles to plastic packaging, impulse buy aisles in supermarkets and customs controls

Ordered a couple of portions of chips for takeaway and had to wait half an hour! Wasn't that busy so it shouldn't have taken so long. To add insult to injury, the young guy serving put his hand on the inside of the polystyrene tray to pick it up before filling it with chips. Had to throw the chips that were touching the tray away when I got home. Do not think this is a good thing to be doing anytime, especially not now with Covid-19 running rife! Sad because the chips we did have, were nice.

The food served here is always fresh and served by friendly chearful staff. Good value for money as well as a full range of fish and chip shop fare.
