The King's Ford - Waltham Forest

The experience was alright. In order to improve, they should consider changing the clientele who spend all day drinking there. It would be helpful to replace the high tables at the front with lower tables or coffee tables and sofas. Currently, there is a group of loud and aggressive drinkers dominating the front half of the pub. I wouldn't recommend going back for a special occasion as they somewhat ruined my mom's birthday by making fun of my hat. Additionally, the pancakes from the kitchen were served cold, but this is an easy fix. The food and drinks were good value for money. The staff were friendly and chatty.

After a long 57-hour work week, I decided to skip cooking and head to my local Wetherspoons for a meal before work. It had been 5 months since my last visit, following a bad experience with breakfast back in September. Unfortunately, the food quality has not improved. The BBQ burger came with BBQ sauce served in a small ramekin on the side, rather than enhancing the flavor as expected. The grilled chicken burger with cheese and bacon tasted reheated and dry, with burnt and inedible sides. The chips tasted old and unpleasant, and even the onion rings were disappointing until I requested a replacement. The lack of attentiveness from the staff, including the manager on duty, who appeared disinterested and poorly trained, was evident. It's clear why this pub has declined in quality. There was no follow-up on the food quality or customer satisfaction. Based on this experience, I will not be returning.

Terrible experience at this restaurant! The manager doesn't know how to handle customers and some of the staff are rude and lazy. If you dare to complain, you risk being banned. The kitchen appears very questionable, as some staff members don't wash their hands after using the restroom. I will not be returning to this establishment and would suggest avoiding it altogether.

Very poor visit to a normally great pub The food we had was undercooked cold The cocktail pitchers we were served were all 80% ice cubes hardly any drink The staff were very rude arrogant we were asked to leave the premises because we made a small amount of noise even though there was other drunk drinkers in the pub making a lot more noise than we were So obviously the staff have there favourites We will not be visiting this pub again will also tell all our other friends families not to visit either!!!

Every time I come here I’m always happy with the food. It’s tasty and you get good portions. The service is friendly and efficient. It has a good atmosphere and I’m never disappointed.
