Burger King - Walton

I stopped on my trip, the service was terrible! I'm in the snake and no one was there, a heavy young lady went up, didn't say how to take.

Through the drive-thru. the service was somewhat slower than the average. simple order that was properly served. fries had no salt and they had none.

At a time this was the best bk in the opposite that is no longer the worst food I have ever got from a burger king the place is dirty and smells.

Our order was accurate and delivered promptly. All of the dishes received positive feedback from everyone in our group. Despite the restaurant not being very busy, the staff, consisting of only 2 people, efficiently managed both the drive-thru and walk-in customers. I was impressed with their level of service given the circumstances. There are other restaurants that could definitely learn a thing or two from them.

I entered the restaurant to check if we could dine in, as we had been traveling for over 13 hours. I decided to use the restroom first. While waiting for my husband to come out of the restroom, I overheard a woman speaking to the staff about the importance of respecting colleagues and always encouraging one another instead of criticizing. She stepped forward to assist in serving the customers ahead of us, including us, and politely asked for more French fries and chicken nuggets. It was refreshing to hear such positive and respectful communication. In my day, people were always polite and respectful, but nowadays it seems to be less common. I apologize for the lengthy review, but I believe it is important to acknowledge and appreciate those who strive to bring out the best in others. The staff at the restaurant made my day with their kindness and positivity. People like the lady I encountered make a difference and I am sure more customers will come and visit because of them.
