Gourmet Burger Kitchen

A fantastic gbk with great staff and excellent customer service. gbk offers a lot of burgers and sides with freshly prepared meals. the milkshakes are particularly good and it is worth trying. they also offer a vegetarian burger option. my only problem with this special gbk is the restaurant design. the room has very high vaulted ceilings that make it quite cold in winter. Apart from that, I would recommend gbk as a good eating absolutely.

The food here is always great! I had fantastic customer service from these guys today, after Just Eat messed me around for over 2 hours. The restaurant was very apologetic despite not being to blame at all, and were able to cancel my order with Just Eat (who wouldn't let me cancel). I then placed the same order with deliveroo and the food arrived within half an hour and was delicious as always. Thanks again to the staff member who dealt with this issue for me!

Excellent service despite the queue to get in and staff being extremely busy because of increased demand due to the eat-out-to-help-out scheme. Staff came to our table more than once to ask if everything was OK, food was tasty, especially the vanilla milkshake which I like a lot.
