Debonairs Pizza Walvis Bay

They should get 2 more delivery bikes or cars to take more orders at a time!!!They take too long to deliver.... the food is good but they are too slow..i waited for like 2 hours and they still brought the wrong order.

Food and service is great... But the place is kinda small and can get pretty crowded at times.... But i guess that is because the customers are a lot, because of the good food

Very dissapointed in debonairs will rather go eat at oheilies next time.

I ordered three pizzas over the phone to pick up in an hour for a class party at school. When I arrived for pickup, the staff at Debonaires insisted that I wait a few more minutes because the pizzas were “just coming out of the oven.” After waiting an extra 20 minutes, I still hadn’t received anything, so I requested a refund. Later that evening, the manager called to apologize and offered to provide my order for free the following day. With my nephew's birthday party on that day, I thought this was a great solution since it saved me from needing to order pizzas elsewhere. I decided to let it go when I received the complimentary pizzas. They were supposed to be delivered by 1:30 PM, but when 2:00 PM rolled around and nothing had arrived, I called to check on the order. It turned out they had forgotten about it. The free pizzas finally arrived at 2:20 PM, just before the party was about to end. While the pizza tasted great, the service was honestly unacceptable. I do not recommend relying on Debonairs.

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant. The service was excellent, and the place was spotless. The staff were very friendly as well. I also must mention that their delivery service is the best I've ever encountered—fast and efficient. Keep up the great work!
