La Bella Vita - Walvis Bay

Can't score them any higher half full restaurant with a barman, three waitresses and a manager, and we asked them for a menu THREE times in the 30 min we waited at the outside tables. Every time, they said they would get to us but completely ignored us. We made eye contact with the staff as they passed by a number of times it isn't that they didn't see us, they consciously chose not to serve us. Would call the service unacceptable, but there simply wasn't any.

I discovered a great dinner spot while in Walvis Bay. The food is fantastic, and their steaks are a standout specialty. The service was excellent, especially from a waitress named Blondie. She went above and beyond to ensure I had a wonderful experience. Highly recommended!

The teapot was dirty, with a sticky bright orange residue around the area where the lid meets the pot. There were strands floating in the rooibos tea. The waitress was busy listening to loud music on her cellphone behind the bar. As the first customers of the day, we were surprised to find the restaurant smelling of old oil. It seemed like the staff didn't care about the cleanliness or atmosphere. We ended up paying for the drinks and decided to cancel our breakfast.

The food was perfectly prepared, and our waitress was outstanding. The service we received felt like we were at a five-star restaurant. An excellent place overall!
