Feedback gevenMy experience at the drive-thru was a bit frustrating. The person taking my order was difficult to hear, and I had to repeat each item nearly three times before they understood. This issue could be easily resolved by updating or repairing the drive-thru speaker system. Additionally, I had to wait about 10-15 minutes in line.
The only positive was the food was served quickly but the service from the drive through attendant was extremely rude. She did not smile and in fact looked really annoyed with me. She passed our food to us but rarely made eye contact and talked almost under her breath. I felt that I had done something wrong. It made the experience very unpleasant. As soon as she passed the bag to us she raced to shut the window in my face, luckily I managed to remind her of the sauce so she quickly gave it to us before shutting the window and walking off. I would rather have waited longer for the food and had a pleasant customer experience than experienced that. Bad customer service.
Place is disgusting. Floor was feral, amenities weren't clean, play ground had rubbish spread through it. And our table had not been cleaned after previous customers. You're classified as a restaurant, where's your health and safety standard? So many violations in this place, it's not even funny.
Went through drive through, wasn't impressed by the service and was charged over price on my order. The staff were rude. Not happy!
There were no drink options available aside from water or juice. The burger was average, but the chips were decent. The younger staff members were fantastic and very helpful, while some of the other employees were not as attentive.
