Mcdonald's - Wangaratta

To be completely honest, I don’t mind using the drive-thru, and the food is decent, typical McDonald's quality. However, every time I go inside, I have a poor experience. I often find myself waiting for a long time, and when I finally get my order, it’s usually drenched in syrup or sauce, but they arrange it in a way that you can't see it until you pick it up. But hey, it’s just Macca's.

I ordered a crispy wrap, but it was charred. When I brought this to the staff's attention, they refused to acknowledge their mistake. I was very disappointed and will not be returning to this location.

I usually have a great experience at McDonald's, but on my last two visits, when I ordered the 10-nugget box, it didn't come with the Monopoly stickers. In such cases, they typically provide a card to scan instead. After finally getting the attention of one of the staff members, I asked if they were out of the boxes. She informed me that the nugget box doesn’t have a sticker and suggested I meant the fries. Since I don't order fries, I tried to explain again that the nugget boxes do have stickers. She then consulted the manager on duty, who claimed that the boxes have never had stickers. Unfortunately, ladies, I have a photo that proves otherwise. It’s important to check your facts and not dismiss your customers so quickly.

24/7 trading hours is misleading when you don't allow customers to walk in. If you are shutting the door as least allow the customer to purchase food from drive thru. I wanted to have some food at 10 pm, I decided not to drive and to walk for a km to maccas, found the door is shut. I was told to go to drive thru and was told without a car I am not allowed to purchase. This policy does es not make any sense.

Absolutely terrible service during the day and must say that they need to keep up with cleanliness.. because I've gone there and wanted to turn away at the door.. so I do suggest drive through..
