Michel's Patisserie Knox City Shopping Centre

The restaurant did not offer anything out of the ordinary or exceptional. While the presentation was good, the lack of flavor left diners feeling disappointed.

I always enjoy visiting this restaurant. It was quite busy, but the coffee and pastries were delicious. Knox City is always bustling, so we will definitely be stopping by again the next time we are in the area.

Would not bother going there. Staff quite rude and unhelpful and not willing to honour Entertainment book vouchers

Family run business with nice customer service. Excellent coffee. Snack food available too expensive, but these are set by the company.

I visited Michel's Patisserie Knox with my mum and she ordered a sausage roll that was served cold. When she took it back to the counter to have it heated she was questioned about whether it was actually cold or luke warm. I pointed out that neither was acceptable and could he just heat it up. He continued to argue with me that that was how sausage rolls were served at all Michel's outlets before eventually heating the sausage roll up. To make matters worse, he then proceeded to hide behind the coffee machine (but still within hearing distance) complaining to another staff member that I had asked to have the sausage roll heated. Completely unacceptable behaviour and Michel's Patisserie should take more care in selecting and training their staff.
