Red Salmon - Wantirna South

We dropped by for a quick dinner. Not sure what their signature cuisine is these days. You can everything from pasta to fish to Thai to Indian. Food was OK; Service was OK; perhaps they would do better if they focussed on one thing and did it well.Reasonable prices. Right on the public walkway so, is that good or bad? You decide.

As in the title of this submission, Red Salmon was indeed good quality food but the staff looked like they didn't want to be there and refused to interact with us even though we encouraged small talk. The prices were very expensive in comparison to the other restaurants around. I wouldn't recommend unless you are desperate for somewhere with nice food, everywhere else is booked out and you don't mind paying high prices for food and being ignored as customers.

We have been here a few times and have always enjoyed it they have a great range of different foods! Great fish in chips!

The meals were yum & the young man who served us was fantastic & had a good laugh with us.The only turn off about the place is they have different $$$ 4 lunch & dinner. The $$$ difference is on a couple of dollars, but why bother. Other places have no need 2 do it.

Average experience I have been here on a few occasions. One of many restaurants in the strip all wanting my dollars offering just average service and food then rushing you out. I wont go back again
