Service can be somewhat inconsistent. During my visit yesterday, we weren't greeted upon arrival and chose our own seats at the chef's station. The wait staff was neither particularly friendly nor unfriendly—just indifferent. Nevertheless, the food was delightful. I would recommend this restaurant.

Now, onto the food—very impressive! I ordered a spicy tuna roll that really had a nice kick to it, and I appreciated the crunchy topping instead of it being mixed in as filler. While it’s located in a strip mall, it’s beautifully decorated and captures a lot of Japanese aesthetics. The interior is both spacious and welcoming, with booths along the walls for those who prefer a bit more privacy while dining. The service was prompt and attentive. I was particularly interested in the various veggie sushi rolls, so in addition to my usual avocado and cucumber rolls, I tried a veggie roll with oshinko and yuba, which was delicious. I definitely regret not having come here sooner. However, I have a feeling we’ll be back in the area occasionally, so this place will definitely remain on my list!

I ate here twice and was highly disappointed both times. Very generic with food that 's fine, but if you 're a serious sushi fan, there 's better places.

Not really authentic Japanese cuisine, but it is the best we've got in the area, so far. TIP: if you've got more than three or four people, it's worthwhile to get the party platter. Cost per person will probably be reduced. Also unless you're getting the party platter, I Recommend dining in rather than taking out.
