Feedback gevenAs a delivery driver I have run into my fair share of waiting on orders,lack of available food items ,miscommunication with the customer but I have never experienced hope no one ever does again the rudeness lack of professionalism from an employee ofan establishment. On 10/21 upon arrival the order wasnt ready so I waited about 5 min just to learn an item was missing so askedworker to cancel item she loudly rudely spoke to me about what she does/nt do,in middle of it a young female employee started to yell from back door dash sucks in front of dine in customers im sure drive in heard too. I was just telling women tocancel out the fries on order . Definitely need retraining on multiple levels. Doesnt represent company well
Stopped in on a trip. Went to the bathroom where male employee was peeing. He walked out of the bathroom without washing his hands. That is gross for anyone, but especially someone who is handling other people?s food. Hope a manager can give him a talk.
Unbelievably slow, rude staff. If you want to see how much a place can skimp on ingredients then you're at the right place. You'll get messily tossed together drek, that half fills your taco shell if you're lucky. It's the only Taco Bell in the area,which has to be the only reason it's still standing.
Service was a bit slow. However,Despite our large order, everything was correctly made....yay!! I'm willing to wait a little for accuracy of my order
The food was acceptable. the service was absolutely horrible. At 1 o'clock in the afternoon they would not wait on customers and was told to order from a kiosk. There wasn't anybody in the dining room except employees taking breaks with 6 people inline. Go to the ludlow taco bell great food and service.
