Feedback gevenThis restaurant used to be great, but everything changed when they started using DoorDash for deliveries. I waited over two hours for my food, only to have DoorDash cancel my order and take my payment without delivering anything. I ended up having to drive there to resolve the issue. I won’t be returning again.
Thank you for the birthday pizza! The service here has always been excellent. The pizza is delicious, and I especially love when they brush the crust with oil for me. Everything is always taken care of without any hassle. If you're considering going, do it—you won’t regret it!
I accidentally ordered from the wrong Papa Gino's location. However, the manager in Wareham quickly handled my order and even reached out to the other restaurant to cancel the incorrect one. It was completely my mistake, but the manager provided excellent customer service!
I love Papa Ginos I always have. However since they started using DoorDash instead of their own delivery personnel, it's really starting to leave a bad taste in my mouth. DoorDash is never on time. They bring the wrong food, and stand there expectinga tip for their screw ups. Today guy shows up with 5 pizzas. I ordered 2, 1 bread sticks, and a Super steak sub. When Iplaced the order it was supposed to be delivered at 5 pm. First door dash calls me from the wrong address on the other sideof town around 5:40 then proceeds to bring me 1/2 the order at 6pm. 2nd door dash shows up 30 minutes later with rest oforder. And stands there awkwardly expecting a tip. I already tipped when I ordered and should have canceled the tip. Please, I realize it's hard to find people that want to work, but please go back to using your own delivery drivers.
More often than not, it's fine but mediocre at best. The website was down 2 days in a row, staying the store was closed, but we called and they were open. And the girl on the phone said it was because they had to close early the day before and it never gotfixed. Okay, but I order online with my loyalty account and the coupon codes that I get in my email so what's the point of myloyalty account if I can't use it? A couple of weeks ago, I went in for pick up and my pizza was lost so I had to wait an extra20 minutes for them to make a new one even the girls at the counter kept saying it was coming out. It was the manager thatnoticed it wasn't anywhere to be found. Ordered tonight delivery said an hour. Okay for a Saturday night but then it didn'tactually show up until 25 minutes after it was quoted. And the food was terrible. Got about 12 French fries in my chickentenders basket that were undercooked cold, breadsticks had almost no cheese, were overcooked, cold. Quality is unfortunatelygoing way downhill here. Outsourcing to DoorDash is not going to solve the problem either because DoorDash orders always takestwice as long as a regular driver.
