Stopped here for lunch today. Got fish and chips and it was sooo good. Even got a small container of ketchup and two slices of lemon for the fish. Thoroughly recommend. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch

I got the fish burger and calamari was fresh, hot and super tasty! Really lovely service too. Would recommend over the other fish and chip places with similar ratings in the area the food, quality and service is way better here. Service: Take out
I ordered fried rice and was told it would take 20min to prepare. I waited for 30min and asked if the food was ready. The lady owner rudely said it would be ready in 5min. It still was not ready after the extra 5min at which point I asked for a refund. At that point the lady owner started yelling and complaining about wasting her food and refused to give me a refund. To be honest had the lady owner at any point apologized for the unexpected delay rather than behaving obnoxiously I would have accepted the food. Also as she was packing the food the food lid fell on the floor and was still used to cover the food. It is ironic that the owner talks about it being unhygienic to trial one of her other customers foul tasting smelling fish (per another review). After covering the food with the lid picked up from the floor she brought the food to the counter and rudely threw the food container towards me. I still insisted on a refund. Finally she collected notes and coins for the refund and rudely threw them over the counter. Again one of the owners responses talks about treating others with respect. There was zero respect shown for me on this day. At any point in time had the owner apologized or shown respect for her customer there would have been an amicable resolution of the delay in cooking the food.
