All three dishes I ordered were very good. When I came home, it's hot. The order was ready and bagged when I was there. The price was good. The crowd was great. I'm going back. Very polite.
The food here only fills, but has no taste at all. I didn't know what I was eating because it had no taste at all. I felt that the service was not existent as you go to the restaurant you are met with a glass fiber counter at the entrance. I'm sorry, but next time I go somewhere else.
Hi. I just wanted to let the community know that this place really has terrible customer service over the phone. I ordered 8 crabs and rice and when I called that there were only 6 in my order, the lady called me a liar on the phone and told me that two people checked my order and that there were 8 in there. I have COVID. And I informed them that I couldn't get to the store because I was infected with COVID. She told me to come to the store to get the two crabs. All I demanded was financial compensation and she kept hanging in my face and shouting at me and calling me all kinds of curse words. They told me they had taken a photo of my order before they send it out and when I asked them for evidence they were hanging on my face. This is very bad customer service
IF I COULD GIVE THEM A ZERO THEN I WOULD! THEY ARE EXTREMELY RUDE AND THEY DON'T EVEN HAVE THE DECENCY TO SAY GOODBYE! THEY MESSED UP MY ORDER 3 TIMES AND TRIED TO CHARGE ME FOR A MISTAKE THAT THEY MADE AND HAD THE GULL TO BE RUDE ABOUT IT! THEY NEED TO LEARN FROM NEW VILLAGE PIZZA ABOUT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND FINDING ANOTHER CHINESE RESTAURANT IN WARMINSTER THAT WILL TREAT YOU WITH DIGNITY AND RESPECT. I WILL NO LONGER PATRONIZE THEM OUT CONVENIENCE!
