Chili's Grill - Warner Robins

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The customer service was inadequate, the restrooms were not clean, and the food served was cold and appeared stale. Nobody came to check on us during our meal. Although the manager mentioned they were having a celebration, that did not justify the level of service we received. As a visitor from outside Warner Robins, I expected much better. I won’t be coming back.

We celebrated my son's 20th birthday at this lively restaurant, which was busier than usual that evening. Luckily, the wait wasn’t too long, and we were grateful to be indoors since it was freezing outside! Once we were seated, we were able to order quickly, and our food arrived promptly and steaming hot. My chili was just what I needed to warm up! It's also a fantastic place to catch the playoff games.

I had a wonderful experience at the restaurant, largely due to our male waiter with a ponytail (I apologize for not remembering his name). He regularly checked in on my boyfriend and me, making sure we never had to ask for refills. His service was quick and attentive!

The restaurant was clean and pleasantly quiet. The staff took great care to thoroughly wipe down tables and chairs after each group departed. The food was expertly prepared and served at the perfect temperature. Our server was attentive while maintaining a respectful distance.

I am a huge fan of Chili's! The chips and dip are always delicious, and I really love the chips when they're fresh, hot, and crispy. The street corn is consistently amazing! The baby back ribs and brisket were outstanding, and the crispy fries make for an ideal side dish. Our waitress was fantastic! The wait for a table was definitely worthwhile!
