Feedback gevenWent to come get food a couple months ago. Store Was closed and only taking online orders because they didn't have staff. Went a month ago and staff was back but took forever to get subs because all the staff was just talking and not working and were moving slow. Went today to get a sub and once again closed for you not online orders due to no staff... Think corporate needs to investigate or take control at this point
I must start off by commending the staff I encountered today. People wonder why they can't keep staff is because they can't do what it requires to keep good workers. How is it possible that this location is at one of the busiest locations in Warner Robins, but the credit card machine has been down for the last past 3 days or more. Then if you pay with cash they can't give you change? I guess the owner doesn't care about their profits...
I experienced outstanding customer service at this restaurant! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. This will definitely be my go-to spot from now on!
This place has definitely improved with the new staff. The previous management didn't handle things well at all.
The best place!! The staff here is always so friendly that it is even better
