Mcdonald's - Warner Robins

I've visited this restaurant twice and each time, when I ordered from the self-service station, they forgot something. I had already left and was back home before I realized it. When I returned to get the sandwich they had overlooked, the manager who was there in the evening seemed quite intimidating and unfriendly. Honestly, I don't feel like I should have to chase down a missing sandwich.

I had a better experience last night than usual. I ordered two Big Macs, a large fries, and a 10-piece nugget—all for under $10, thanks to some coupons. The service was faster, and my order was accurate. The only complaint was that the food was too hot to eat and the fries were a bit salty. Other than that, it was definitely worth it!

I went to try a $3 bundle and ended up waiting outside for 10 minutes. When I finally got to the counter, I was informed that they had run out of fries. I went inside to check, and the fry station was fully stocked, but they were out of all the other food items. I asked how long it would take because I usually run late, and if it takes too long, I prefer to just get a refund. The female team leader and another employee were quite rude, saying things like, “Oh well, we’ll get it when we get it,” and “I can't do anything about it.” They reluctantly processed my refund after I insisted. After my 10-minute wait, the food was hastily thrown together, and it turned out I wasn’t actually waiting for fries, but rather, for cookies. Overall, the customer service was surprisingly rude and left a bad taste in my mouth.

Some of the unmotivated workers I've ever seen. lines are often from the watson boulevard and pommes are always cold. Try not even to go in and order, they will wait as long as they were in the drive thru.

Been there twice the food was hot but the drive needs to pick up a lot it's slow... In your five times now food is hot but the drive through is still slow..... You may need to have a cup of coffee to wait to get a coffee!
