Outback Steakhouse Warner Robins

We received bad services from Waitress Charlie. The shrimp pasta was horrible. The steak received was very tough. The waitress Charlie did not ask if we needed any condiments/napkins/ or did we need any refills. We looked for Charlie and he was tucked in a booth on his cellphone so other waitresses had to bring us what we needed The only thing he did was take our order and bring our drinks. Charlie brought our ticket over and processed the payment, stated he can process his tip. So he was given $5 what he deserved. he slammed my receipt on the table and walked away. Very rude. He received what he worked for. BAD food and BAD service all around that day.

Our experience was nothing short of phenomenal. Our waitress helped me choose the perfect meal which was actually one of the specials. I haven’t been to an Outback in a long time. The kitchen manager I think his name was Baskin stopped by our table to check on us ensuring our steaks were cooked correctly. Everyone was friendly it was extremely clean!

I order takeaway tonight at this location. I ordered the half rack of ribs and a sirloin. When I pulled up and received my order I checked the box. It appeared to be a true half rack of ribs but with no SAUCE on it. The box had grease all over the bottom and I told the lady that this was poor presentation and there was no bbq sauce on them. She said she would have them recook them. I should’ve taken a photo of those before I gave them back!! Now I’m waiting another 15 minutes to get the ribs replaced. She comes out and these look like true Outback ribs…except it was unusually small!! Like 4 or 5 bones. We grill all the time and I will tell you that this WAS NOT a half rack. I will include a photo. For over $20 for this plate, at the least you shouldn’t have to question a half rack, especially after sitting in curbside a total of 30 minutes to still leave unsatisfied! I patronize this business a lot and have been a Dine Rewards member a decade! Do better Outback because this does not represent the Blooming brand name well at all.

The food here is A1 Awsome!! Atmosphere was peaceful and a delight. Our server Chasity was spectacular, she tended to all of my families needs without hesitation very sweet and nice person.

Service was AMAZING! Steak and fries were great. And the waitress named Chasity was really nice.
